I’ve designed an industrial grade knife sharpener that allows ANYONE to maintain perfect edge geometry when sharpening a knife. Each holder is set for a 20-degree neutral edge and the protractor allows the user to adjust his/her angle for a specific application.  Examples:  17- degree edge for kitchen knives, 20 degrees for hunting knives and a 25-30-degree edge for more hardy applications.  All base plates and holding blocks are machined from aircraft grade aluminum and anodized.  Each GOLD STANDARD knife sharpener comes with DMT diamond stones and a leather strop for final finishing. Our magnetic handle makes for FAST exchange of diamond stones.  The HEIM JOINT is fully adjustable for height and angle adjustment.
