Tired of that sluggish, irritating bolt release on your 700? Try our "extra" heavy-duty bolt stop spring! Eliminate primer flow and cratering with our custom firing pin. Oversized tip allows you to fit the pin tip to hole in the bolt for precise alignment without slop. The sides of the pin are machined to reduce weight. This set is ordered by Gunsmiths across the US and it's available for both long and short action weapons!

Every spring you need for your 700 is in this kit! Trigger spring for a crisp 2 lb. pull and a new firing pin spring improves lock time, as well! Please specify whether S/A or D/A. The improved ejector spring provides smoother ejection without case damage and the heavy-duty bolt release spring discussed above gives positive bolt stop action!

Replace the "Key Lock" bolt shroud with our tried-and-true older version. Don't render that rifle inoperable by losing the special key that unlocks the firing pin. Straight line spring and firing pin yield better ignition and accuracy. Available in stainless steel and chrome-moly and will work with both long and short action 700's.

If you're thinking about re-barrelling your 700, Savage or Sako (new style), then this is the recoil lug you want. Heat treated and thicker than the factory offerings, it also has more surface area. Dual draft angles allow for easy removal from the stock and the lug is pinned for switch-barrel options and positive alignment. This is the best replacement lug there is.

Our Heavy Varmint Laminated stock is pillar-bedded on Holland 82º counterbored columns and secured with special screws. Each stock is fitted with a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad and the stock's flat forend, high comb and 3/8" cast-off make it a joy to shoot and handle. Available in ADL configuration only, this stock provides the shooter with a stiffer, more rigid platform for the barreled action.
